Returns Policy
If you're not a 100% happy with an item you can return it for a credit card refund under the following conditions:
- You must contact us at info@emphaticnyc.com to receive a return confirmation number, without this we can only issue a store credit.
- The item needs to be returned to us within 7 days of receiving it.
- The item must be in the original condition with tags attached.
- No refund on shipping cost.
- Please include your name, order number and reason for return in the email.
- We will email you as soon as your return has been processed.
Please allow 7 - 10 days for the refund to show. NO CREDIT CARD REFUND ON SALE ITEMS, STORE CREDIT ONLY
