Shipping

We ship USPS Priority mail. Express orders made before 2pm will be shipped the same day (Weekends and holidays excluded). No express shipping available for international orders.

If you’re not a 100% happy with an item you can return it for a credit card refund under the following conditions:

• You must contact us at info@emphaticnyc.com to receive a return confirmation number, WITHOUT THIS WE CAN ONLY ISSUE A STORE CREDIT.
• The item needs to be returned to us within 7 days of receiving it.
• The item must be in the original condition with tags attached.
• No refund on shipping cost.
• Please include your name, order number and reason for return in the email.
• We will email you as soon as your return has been processed.
• Please allow 7 – 10 days for the refund to show.
